The focus of Experiential coaching with LaunchPad is to develop our sense of exploration and problem solving around new experiences. Leaning in to discomfort is a skill that translates to all areas of our life and it can be developed in a number of ways. Through an individualize experiential coaching plan, you have the opportunity to approach challenges with the support and structure offered by a coach. 

From practicing engaging with strangers in public to mastering a fear of heights, experiential coaching provides a structure for you to take with you when you are ready to take flight and start tackling challenges by yourself. Of course, we will always be available to offer additional support as needed.
