Anyone who has worked closely with horses will tell you how amazing an opportunity it is to learn from horses. Equine healing with LaunchPad is a great opportunity to learn about self-care, confidence, communication, and “vibrations”. Utilizing healthy connections with different horses, coaches at LaunchPad begin exploring with participants how they show up in the world. Coaches will work to create an individualized curriculum that suits each participant’s needs. Coaches will also provide diagrams, worksheets, and journal topics for participants as appropriate to help facilitate development.
